    Actively involved in day-to-day operations along with strategic direction on the board of directors, Aidan’s primary focus is on the organisations culture and maintaining what makes Asset Construction unique. Aidan understands all aspects of regulatory compliance expectations and has established robust internal systems to attain the ISO accreditations proudly displayed on this page. Having worked on the ground for many years Aidan understands the business he manages through and through, resulting in a well-integrated, high performing company.

    Richard has extensive experience in civil construction within New Zealand, his exposure to all facets of civil and structural works has resulted in a broad and invaluable skill set.

    Richard specialises in providing construction feedback and design review, assessing buildability and developing value engineering opportunities. Richard’s real value add is in an ECI or early contractor engagement style contract model, where design input comes from the contractor building the project during design development. A true construction innovator, Richard’s knowledge around methodologies and commercial policy has proven invaluable to Asset’s client base.

    As Plant and Equipment Manager for ACL, Kingsley oversees operational resources, plant operation and maintenance and is responsible for the acquisition and suitability of new plant and equipment.

    Kingsley undertakes operator competency assessments on all ACL staff to ensure adequate training requirements are identified and managed. With an extensive experience base around the world in the construction industry, Kingsley is well placed as a subject matter expert around equipment  suitability and construction methodologies.

    As Northland Manager, Siggs oversees planning, co-ordination and execution of all ACL Northland contracts. Siggs works hard to deliver results, building and leading teams that continue to deliver outstanding results in the north.

    His strong leadership and involvement in full project lifecycle directly contributes to ACL's reputation of completing projects to budget, on time, and with the highest quality and safety standards.

Results driven, and committed to upholding Asset's excellent reputation, Neil is a problem solver and consistently works to avoid the myriad of potential pitfalls that would otherwise disturb works and progress on site.

    Having graduated her formal H&S training in 2022, she works hard to foster, encourage and maintain the foundational health and safety culture at Asset Construction.
