Asset Construction were engaged by lead contractor Built Environs to undertake hardscaping works at the Manukau Health Park expansion.

ACL works ran for 20 months. Our scope of works involved hardscaping at 3 separate buildings – East, West and North buildings at the Manukau Health Park facility.

We constructed retaining walls made of block and render, large exterior planters, concrete footpaths of different shapes and colours, cast in situ stairs, bespoke design internal courtyard flooring, accessibility ramps and roading / asphalt and kerbing.
