ACL have completed the first stage of our second lot of works at Ōtau Ridge, a Metlifecare Retirement Villiage in Clevedon, East Auckland in collaboration with CMNZ.

Our scope of works involved installation of 140m of landscape retaining walls up to 1.2m high, installation of 1500m of stormwater and wastewater drainage for the 14 new villas, installation of 240m of Allproof perimeter threshold drains, installation of 2200m2 of concrete varying from standards broom finish footpaths to exposed pebble mix patios and acid washed driveways, and placement of 900m2 of asphalt to the new roadways.
