Asset Construction was awarded the contract for restoration works to the Orakei Ski Club.
Takitimu Road Sub-division was a small four lot sub-division, on a steep incline over looking the Auckland Harbor.
Working with CSLi who undertook the signal upgrade works for this project, Asset Construction staff were responsible for all civil works, including kerbing, exposed aggrigate concrete, tactile pavers, ashphalt reinstatement and pavement works.
Part of the Waterview Interchange Project, the contract consisted of the construction of a timber boardwalk across a tidal estuary. Programming phases of work around tidal movements was critical to the overall success of the project.
A gabion wall constructed to repair scouring and erosion of the stream bank. The works included difficult site access through private property.
A subdivision project consisting of 9 lots. The works included substantial retaining walls, approximately 1500m2 of concrete road and accessways, kerb and channel, earthworks and drainage.   Completion Objectives:
Construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall with drilled support piles into rock, with a stone veneer.
