ACL were engaged by Southbase to undertake works at Mt Albert Grammar School that spanned from December 2023 - May 2024. Works included 3000 m2 of decorative concrete paving, 2.5 m high cantilever concrete retaining walls, a 42 parking space carpark, bespoke chamfered steps, over 2500 m2 of external concrete in broom finish, in-situ concrete nib walls, asphalt and surfacing, landscaping, fencing, utilities installation, and drainage including ACO K200 drains. Our entire team worked hard to provide solutions to client from high level value-engineering with engineers and architects to meet budget restrictions, to pulling long hours on the ground in the final days onsite to ensure deadlines were met. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome of the project.
