General Manager

As General Manager of ACL, Aidan is responsible for ACL having systems and procedures that adhere to the requirements under the ISO accreditation framework. Ensuring our people go home safe each day is his key objective, while developing a culture of personal responsibility. Aidan has developed robust systems to protect from environmental incidents, created and audited processes for ensuring quality is achieved and maintained across all works undertaken by the organisation and worked tirelessly to create standardized systems to deliver the same high level of quality across all projects.

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager for ACL, Kingsley oversees staff training and development, plant operation and maintenance and is responsible for the acquisition and suitability of new plant and equipment. Kingsley undertakes operator competency assessments on all ACL staff to ensure adequate training requirements are identified and managed. With an extensive experience base around the world in the construction industry Kingsley is well placed as a subject matter expert around equipment  suitability and construction methodologies.

Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager for ACL, Richard is responsible for all current and potential opportunities, providing sharp pricing and ensuring all tenders are correctly packaged and reflective of scope, while minimising the number of tags required through his thorough understanding of construction practices. Richard has had an impressive and broad tenure in the construction industry spanning many years and disciplines, he is integral to the high level of quality that ACL has become synonymous with. Nothing less than 11/10 will satisfy his lofty expectations, his exceptional attention to detail is what sets ACL apart from our competitors in all facets of construction.
