Asset Construction's involvement as the civil contractor specialist on this contract was to provide installation of all storm and waste water lines, installation of manholes, cesspits, threshold drains, attenuation tanks (8 tanks in a total of 190,000 L detention capacity), stormwater storage tanks (2 tanks in a total of 48,000 L storage capacity), fill preparation, subsoil drains installation, kerbing and asphalting for the carpark and playing courts. In addition to contract works, we were all hands on deck in helping the main contractor to complete the project and fill up most of scope gaps with intensive landscaping, and constructing concrete driveways, timber retaining walls, installing temporary septic and water tanks. Works started in March 2022 and were completed in January 2024 - another succesful project done in conjunction with Leighs Construction.
