ACL has recently completed some specialist decorative concrete works, civil site works, bollard installation, soft scaping and a nice Kentucky Rye grass ready lawn. These works were undertaken on a beautiful new building, the Auckland International Airways Building, at Auckland International Airport. The Client was very happy with the quality and timing of the delivery.
The project was a design build contract, which required acquisition of resource consents, consultation with stakeholders, evaluation and consultation around tree root management, traffic control, timber board walks, pavement construction, kerbing, asphalt, decorative concrete works, paving works and soft scaping including planting.
The project was a street scape contract including architectural street furniture, decorative
paving, multiple boutique concrete finishes and landscaping/soft scaping works.
The client was very impressed with the works, and ACL kept the programme and costs to the original proposal allowing for the grand opening to go ahead as expected.
A 9 lot subdivision, constructed in a very ecologically sensitive urban area.
ACL has recently completed a series of school safety improvements, as part of a package of works to ensure our children can get to school safely. This also involved a large scale upgrade for Otamatea High School.
ACL has recently undertaken several footpath construction contracts for Kaipara District Council.
